🧴 How to use

💆‍♀️ Massage lotion

Add 5–10 drops to a neutral cream or massage oil and massage the desired area with circular movements until absorbed.
For an intense effect, apply a few drops directly to the treated area.

🧖 Body wraps

Add 2–3 drops to cosmetic mud or clay for draining body wraps.

🛁 Relaxing and draining bath

Add 10 drops to bath water, mix well, and relax for approximately 10 minutes.

🦶 Foot bath

Add a few drops to water to reduce foot swelling and stimulate circulation.
For an intense effect, mix a few drops with coarse salt, then add to water.

• Not recommended for people with epilepsy, seizures, or hyperthyroidism.
• Avoid use 24 hours before sun exposure (photosensitizing).
• For external use only – do not ingest.
