Main active ingredients

🧴 Ways to Use

💆 Balsamic ointment

Add 5–10 drops to a neutral cream, mix, and massage onto the chest up to 3 times a day. Cover the area with a warm material (e.g., wool) for an intense effect.

🌬️ Steam inhalations (suffumigi)

Add 10–20 drops to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the balsamic vapors.

❄️ Compress for sinuses or headaches

Apply a few drops to the forehead or mix with cold/warm water for a compress applied to the forehead, temples, or chest.

🏠 Room diffusion

Add 6–7 drops to 300 ml of water in a humidifier or 2–3 drops on a tissue to inhale the balsamic aroma.

• Not recommended for people with epilepsy, seizures, or hyperthyroidism.
