🧴 How to use
💆 Local application
Apply 1–2 drops on your temples to reduce nervous tension. It can also be applied to your neck, wrists, or other body areas for a state of calm and balance.
💆♂️ Massage oil
Add a few drops to a vegetable oil or body cream, then massage to reduce muscle tension.
🚿 In shower gel
Add 3–4 drops to a neutral shower gel for a calming and relaxing effect.
🧴 In facial cleanser
Dilute a few drops in your cleanser for a relaxing effect on the skin and facial expression.
🏠 Ambient diffusion
Add 6–7 drops to 300 ml of water in a humidifier or apply a few drops to pot-pourri to perfume the room.

• Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children under 3 years old.
• Not recommended for people with epilepsy, seizures, or hyperthyroidism.
• Avoid use 24 hours before sun exposure (photosensitizing).
• For external use only – do not ingest.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Test the product on a small area of skin before use.
• Do not use in nebulizers or steam inhalers.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and heat-protected place. A slight color variation is normal and indicates the natural origin of the ingredients.
